[Elfsea] Charter Painting question

There are two sets of color copies - one is of the painted charters and
the other is of the original source for the charter.  You can get these
from Countess Sara last I heard (that's who I got mine from about a year
ago).  Her information is listed in the BlackStar in the back under
Deputy Heralds - she's Star Signet.
