[Elfsea] open torch tonight?

Greetings.

Is there going to be an Open Torch meeting tonight?  I ask because if I can
get the sack of stuff I need to send to the War to Open Torch, someone from
the Steppes who attends might be able to pick it up and take it to Morgan in
the Steppes, who is leaving for War late tonight or tomorrow morning.  A
solution, perhaps, albeit somewhat convoluted... a relay, of sorts!
