[Elfsea] Emerald Keep Tourney

I am looking for someone who is planning to attend the Emerald
Keep Tourney this weekend.  Since I am their current artisan and
will be unable to attend, I am in need of finding a way to get the
artisan prizes to the tourney.

deliver the basket of goodies to you prior to your departure to
Emerald Keep.
