[Elfsea] Sunday Forecast

I thought the announcement was to be Sunday at Caelin's.  I am really
confused now, not that that isn't normal.

I would recommend against an announcement at Daniel and Siobhan's, as
they are candidates.

Diplomatically, an announcement at more neutral site would be more
appropriate.
