    So this is what they need. Helping to set up and take down a party is
easier than setting up and taking down an event. Any volunteers?

Actually, if you are willing to get a group together to clear out and
set up the pavilion during court, or just after he list field is
cleared, that would be great.  Saturday eve is a big pain in the butt

I will have my people secure our things and set up the big torches, and
we will supply plastic cups and bar towels.  We will want a crew to
clean up after, so the pavilion isn't trashed for the list Sunday
morning.   If you can secure some volunteers for these tasks, I will
too, and that wil work out.

We will bring booze and ice, but surely not enough.  Oh, check with
Maeve to see what she and Rising Thunder have planned; maybe they can
help with logistics...
