[Elfsea] Bead stuff

Pyro,
The next Steppes Mini-Collegium will be on glass, and
Rixende and hopefully Ameline, too, will be teaching glass
beads.   Vincenzo and I haven't decided on a date yet, but
it'll probably be in June or July at the same place as the
first collegium.
