[Elfsea] Minister of A&S needed

We are in need of a new Minister of A&S for the Barony of
Elfsea.  I hope to be at moot Monday night and will gladly
accept applications/bids from interested parties. If
submitting a bid by email or snail mail, please send one to
me with a copy to Their Excellencies.  I would like to close
the bids shortly before June moot and name a new Minister of
A&S at June moot.
