Okay, sounds good to me.  I was just remembering last year's Warlord when we had several newcomers and there didn't seem to be any room so we set up a small pavilion we had at the time.  So I'll just plan on doing it this way.  Not a problem for me, just trying to make sure we are set.

Actually it is the dame pavilion....but why would we want to separate the newcomers from the rest of the Barony?

The Big Blue and Gold is for everyone in the Barony isn't it?

Steppes Warlord is not our event, Therefore the Elfsea Baron & Baroness arn't hosting the Royal Family.

In the past at Steppes Warlord the B&B shared the pavilion with everyone.. God knows it's big enough.
