[Elfsea] A presence Scarborough Faire

All very good questions, and they have been added to the list that I have
been collating so far. I will continue collecting questions and comments
through the weekend and send off an email to the GM Sunday night, so he will
have it Monday morning.

As I said in another email, I hope to make this something more than just a
Central Region project. The message has been posted to the Ansteorra list as
well, so may I ask that this conversation be moved over to that list as well
as continuing here to stimulate some thoughts from those in other regions?
