[Elfsea] A presence Scarborough Faire

This could be one of the best things that could happen to the Central
Region.

I don't know how many of you realize how much of an impact this could have
for all groups within the central region. The Coastal regional and the
Kingdom have been benefiting from the SCA presence at TRF for you years. If
you question the impact of this kind of medieval faire just ask their
current Majesties Patrick and Julia.
I realize that the spring season is a big event time for elfsea with
Springfaire and all.
But consider everything when making your posts regarding this incredible
oppourtunity for our barony, our cantons and colleges and groups.

I will volunteer my time to help or to even lead the expedition!
Master Richard Fairbourne
