Baron Fritz der Rothirsch, Baroness Catrin Brynmorgan, and
the populace of the Barony of the Steppes invite you to
attend a day of Elizabethan and Shakespearian activities in
celebration of 12th Night on Saturday, January 4, 2003, at
SOKOL Hall in Ennis.

The Steppes is pleased and honored that the much acclaimed
Baron's Men will be present and will perform "Much Ado About
Nothing" by Mister William Shakespeare.

Mister Shakespeare will also be on site auditioning for his
acting troupe; the competition requires a monologue from one
of his plays for individual competitors and a dialogue
exchange from one of his plays for duet competitors.

Elizabethan dancing, Shakespearian swordplay, and a visit
from Queen Elizabeth I are all being planned.

The Steppes 12th Night tradition continues with our annual
contests for period desserts, costuming, and table
decorating.

Kingdom Eistedfod to name the next Kingdom Bard and the
archery competition to name the next Royal Huntsman will
both be held at Steppes 12th Night.
