[Elfsea] Ok, lets talk about Defender and Springfaire

I would like to see us add a feast to Defender.

The culture camps were expected to provide some kind of food compatible with their culture camp period and place (though it was not necessarily available to the general SCA public) so no feast was offered. Since the culture camps have been retired, we need to re-examine having a feast.
