[Elfsea] Ok, lets talk about Defender and Springfaire

I too prefer to choose all our Defenders at one event. I understand
the desire to "showcase" one of the Defender areas, but that
requires 4 to 7 events or implicitly relegates some of the Defenders
to be less than others. If the September event is primarily Chivalric
and the Spring event is primarily Rapier, then Archery, Bardic,
and Live Weapons are less important. I expect to see Equestrian
competitions pick up in the future. We have children Defenders.
And we may well have siege weapons competitions in the future.

Because of its position on the calendar (just prior to Crown
and in fairly nice weather) Defender usually has a bigger
draw from over the entire Kingdom. Moving a Defender competition
from that event to another somewhat reduces the exposure of
the moved event.
