[Elfsea] Warchieftan - Middleford

Middleford War Chieftain is an unusual tournament format.  It is a team
competition, and each team has a fencer and an armored fighter.  Each team
member faces an opponent on adjoining fields.  The first winner runs to the
center of the fields where a bow and crossbow wait.  The winner uses the bow
to help their partner defeat their opponent.

Perhaps an example would make it clearer.  If Seamus and Darius were a team,
they would be called to the fields together.  Darius would face another
fencer on one field, while Seamus faced another armored fighter on the next
field.  At Lay On, the fighting starts on both fields.  Darius wins quickly,
so he drops his rapier and runs to the dividing rope. He picks up the
crossbow and shoots at Seamus' opponent.  The opponent looks to see if
Darius is going to shoot again, and Seamus hits him.

It's great fun.
