[Elfsea] That Crazy idea again!

Nope.  My idea would be to have the Marshalls armor up and follow the groups
while wearing their marshall tabbards.  They would each carry a water bottle
as well and do double duty.  This is going to be sort of along the lines of
the town battle at Pensic...
