Here is the recipe for the cookies I had at Fool's Court.

ONE-MINUTE COOKIES (aka BLACK PUDDING)

2 c. sugar			1/2 c. milk
1/2 c.cocoa 			1 stick margarine
3 c. quick cooking oats		I tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in saucepan/  Bring to a boil.
Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes; pour over oats.  Add vanilla.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Yield: 2 dozen cookies.
