Unto the great and wonderful populace of Elfsea

We will Sit in State Saturday of Dragonsfire Tor.  His Majesty will be
in Bonwicke for their investiture, but will be joining Her Majesty as
soon as possible. We encourage each and every one of you to visit with
us concerning the state of affairs in your barony. We want you to be
well informed and we want you to have an opportunity to voice your
concerns and suggestions regarding Elfsea.
