[Elfsea] active bidding

I bid 50 cents more than Crandall, just because it's annoying.  But
seriously, folks, is there really still money owed on that glorious gate? I
haven't had a chance to kick in. Also, what about some kind of nice box
thingies to hide the fuel tanks for the stars?
