[Elfsea] Springfaire unloading

Yes, Andraa' alf Blitzgarten was called fourth by their Excellencies to
recieve her Rising Star . . . . . She started crying.

While her parents were there, they were given a Portcullis as well
(Lienieve McNiel & Gustav alf Blitzgarten).
