[Elfsea] Fighter Practice??? -- It's on!

[Valentyn Drake]

Dirk just drove out to check the park; he said it's dry enough to not even
leave footprints on the walk.  He also mentioned that the playground is dry
and there are plenty of families with children playing over there.
