Just an FYI, 

The Defender website has already had 185 visits to it so far! Please
make sure that the information on the site is a true and accurate
representation of what your area of the event is doing. 

This will help everyone, including staff do their jobs better at the
event. 

As Master Richard says, communication is the key!
