[Elfsea] Elfsea Baronial College is in 10 days!

The webpage for Baronial College utilizes layers,
which requires browsers to be version 4.0 or higher.
If you are getting garbage, or text showing up on top
of other text, your browser is older than a 4.0
version. It might be time to consider an upgraded
browser.

Unfortunately, I have not had the time to make this
page backwards compatible for older browsers.
