[Elfsea] Baronial College classes, instructor, remnant wars, etc...

Greetings!

I've updated the Baronial College Website with a bunch
of new information:

Class Description/Materials List is now up
Class Schedule with Teachers is done (I expect very
few changes, other than possibly adding classes) and I
have reformatted the schedule so that it should be
easier for everyone to view.
Remnant Wars- The allowed materials list has been
added to the site
