[Elfsea] Finance Meeting Postponed

Good Gentles,

The Finance Committee meeting scheduled for this Monday, February 10th, has
been postponed.  A conflict has arisen that will necessitate the change.  I
will post the new date and time for the meeting as it is finalized.
