[Elfsea] update on David Cade

David's surgery was on Monday and went well.  He will be
moved from CICU to a room sometime today but has requested
no visitors or phone calls until Friday as he is exhausted
from the surgery and in need of rest.
He sends his thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
As soon as I have a room number and phone information, I
will post it to the list for those interested.
