[Elfsea] Hospitaler Office open for bid

Greetings unto the populace of Elfsea,

For those who were not able to attend Moot last night, Lady Tangwystl
announced that she is stepping down as Hospitaler.

Anyone who may wish to submit a bid for this office should send a copy of
your application for office, proof of membership, and a copy of a
state/government issued photo ID, to myself, Lady Tangwystl, H.L. Fergus,
and Their Excellencies Daniel and Siobhan.
