[Elfsea] Envelope at Moot

At moot I will be bringing extra Gulf War pre-reg forms.  I will also be bringing an envelope to do a "mass mailing" of pre-reg forms for any who are interested.  So if you haven't pre-reg and you are going to be at moot you can get everything done there and I will be mailing off the pre-reg that I get at moot first thing Tuesday morning.
