[Elfsea] Elfsea Polling new information

For the first Queen of Ansteorra and a Lion, I think that if Her Grace
wished to let Their Stellar Majesties know her opinion, she can - regardless
of whether or not her membership is paid.

Actually, *anyone* can write to Their Majesties and copy Duchess Julia.  It
won't add to the tally, but I'm sure the advice will be listened to.

Llywelyn and I will be unable to attend the polling this coming Monday
night, but you can be sure that we will be in contact with the Crown and
voice our opinions.

(I have a chance to visit my 82 yr old father, several friends and my
in-laws.)
