    Congratulations, Cassandra! Sounds like quite an epic wait.... (Perhaps there is a poem in there somewhere.... hmmmm....."The Passing of the Arms"? "The Ten Year Consultation"? I think I have been reading the Bard's list too much...LOL)

  WOO HOO!!!!!!!!  After 10 years from the original submission,  my arms are now passed.  I just came from the SCA website where the letters are posted.  They have been submitted, rejected, appealed, resubmitted and lost.  (Not by our local Heralds, Elfsea Heralds rock.)  Started in January of 1993, passed in the April letter 2003.
