Pewter Casting Class

Sunday, July 13 --- 4:00PM till Dark --- Veteran's Park

This will cover lightly period methods of casting and the history of
metals.  But its main focus will be modern production methods used in
the creation of pewter jewelry / objects for use as sight tokens.

Main topics will be:
---How to make professional looking masters from common Wal-mart stock
and found items
---Costs involved in making pewter cast site tokens
---What and Where to buy stuff for jewelry work
---General sculpting and carving techniques
---Safety

Also, even if you do not wish to take the class, bring all your ideas to
fighter practice of what you would like to see in the 25th Defender site
token.  It is my hope that the barony will produce another piece of art
that will be cherish for years to come.
