only when Calontir did a weekend-long heraldic cleanup event).

WOO HOO!!!!!!!!  After 10 years from the original submission,  my arms
are now passed.  I just came from the SCA website where the letters are
posted.  They have been submitted, rejected, appealed, resubmitted and
lost.  (Not by our local Heralds, Elfsea Heralds rock.)  Started in
January of 1993, passed in the April letter 2003.
