Greetings Elfsea, Loch Ruadh, Dragonsfire Tor, Three Bridges!

Listed below are the department head jobs that will make this event the most
memorable in recent Elfsea or Ansteorran memory. Some of these jobs have
already been filled, however I would like each position to have a named
deputy. This deputy will not only help, but will also be the backup in case
the primary will not be able to do their job at the event. You can not be
backup for more than one position. If you have any questions about what is
required for the job please contact me.

I would like to have all the department head positions and their backups
filled by June 20th. The first meeting of the Elfsea Defender XXV staff will
take place on Sunday June 22nd after fighter practice.
