[Elfsea] Last Chance Yurt

We're trying to relocate into North Richland Hills; we actually have a
contingency offer on a house up there now.  It's a much nicer neighborhood
than where we live now, with better schools and a little closer locale to
both of our employers.  Also, that puts us right around the corner from both
Drake and Durmot; since we like spending time with their wives and kids, we
figured we can put up with those two.  :)

So, we'll remain inactive Elfseans, or Elfsealanders, or Elfseaites, or
whatever exactly we're called...
