[Elfsea] Mail problems

Dear Vix and copies to Pug,


I don't know, but all of mine from elfsea at ansteorra.org is coming through
with a .txt attachment that has the footer below

The Glaslyn and Ansteorra lists are doing the same thing. with the .txt
attachment.  The Steppes list, the Laurel's and the Pelicans' list do not
have the .txt attachment.

Not only that, but the messages are coming through
elfsea-bounces at ansteorra.org and they also show:
ansteorra-announce2-bounces at ansteorra.org. steppes-bounces at ansteorra.org,
etc.

This has been happening ever since the upgrade to Mailman 2.1.2 on 6/18.
