[Elfsea] Elfsea archery marshal duputy

Greetings unto Elfsea,


I am seeking a duputy to help me in this quest to
breath life into the archery community within elfsea.
Make no mistake, this will be a hard and often times
frustrating task (looks at contact names for local
ranges that haven't called back)

This person should possess the following to be
considered.

1: Membership to the SCA
2: Understanding of target and combat archery
3: Understanding of range setup/takedown

The following is a bonus:

1: Shoots archery bow or crossbow
2: Is a range marshal - either way we will get you
that
3: regularly attends moot and business meetings
4: Can attend elfsea's events regularly.


I am looking for someone with ideas, knows how to
present those ideas in clear ways and knows how to
follow through. We will be in for a rough, but fun
ride while we bring a regular archery practice back to
elfsea and build her bow and crossbow shooting pool.

I will name the deputy archery marshal on or by June
