I want to thank Caelin for hosting a TERRIFIC cooking guild tonight!  I finally know how to devein shrimp cleanly, and it was quite a lot of fun playing "how many different ways can we cook this??"

Appreciate all the effort he goes to for these, it makes the trip worthwhile,
