[Elfsea] Another investiture and Academy of the Bow

Yes, Wiesenfeuer will be hosting AoB this year.  Tradition would also hold
that the Next Royal Huntsman will be determined at this event.  It is up
against Kingdom Heraldic and Scribal but other than that it promises to be a
good event.  Please let Barn know what classes you'd like to see and we'll
get them on the schedule.
