[Elfsea] Business meeting

Just a reminder that Elfsea Business meeting is tonight at 7:30PM at
Caelins. Directions and a phone number will be posted to the list for those
who want to come and have never been to Caelins house.

Just to let you know the workflow will change on how business meeting is
run. From what I have observed in the past, the senschal would call on
officers to make reports verbally to the people assemled in the room. While
I do think this is necessary it is not of primary importance.These reports
will take place at the end of the meeting.

I will need someone at each meeting to take REALY GOOD notes at business
meeting as these notes will be published on the list and handed out at
Populace meeting.

The meeting will take this format while I am seneschal.
All people attending will sign in as they arrive at the meeting.
Any item not already on the agenda can be added by talking to the seneschal.
The senschal will prioritize the list for discussion.
Items requiring discusion will go first and individual officer reports will
go last.
After each discussion I will ask for a show of hands of the people present
on how they feel on the ideas presented. This is not a vote, but it is an
expression of those attending on which idea they believe to be the best. A
majority vote does not mean the item discussed will or will not happen.

Calendar Dates for Elfsea Springfaire, Baronial College in 2004 and
2005.(combining baronial events will also be discussed under this topic)
Cut off dates to accept bids for events.
Highland Games and new comer follow up afterwards.
Known World Dance
Elfsea Defender
Shed inventory and repair of items stored in the shed.
Waiver workflow
Deputy seneschal position within the barony for waivers at fighter
practices.
