So that you know, Sunday Elfsea's primary fighter practice it usually will begin at 2:00 pm.  Though soon the time will be set back to a 5:00 pm start.  There is also an unofficial practice on Wednesday nights at the Bedford Boys Ranch.  The Wednesday night practice generally begins at 7:00 pm..
