[Elfsea] Crane and Comet patterns

Hola!

I updated the Crane and Comet cross-stitch/needlepoint patterns. The
patterns I uploaded earlier are too big...they turn out to be 3" X 3",
instead of 2" X 2". Plus I cleaned up the crane pattern, too.
