Good Gentles All,
Please join us in the great hall on Saturday for A&S classes
and competitions. The populace is invited to view the
entries in both the Novice and A&S Melee contests and to
choose their favorite from the displays. Judges will also
select a winner from each competion as well as the best
entry in a new field by a non-novice and the best theme
related (pearls) item.
A&S classes for Saturday are as follows. Please note, these
classes are for adults and are held in addition to the youth
collegium classes.
10:30 - 2:30 Glass Bead Making taught by Ldy Rixende de
Rouen, $3 materials fee, class limit of 8, first hour is a
required demonstration and discussion, from 11:30 until 2:30
instructor will offer hands on torch time for participants
10:30 - 12:00 Embellished and Beaded Tassels taught by HL
Dyan de Calendre, $3 material fee, class limit of 8
11:30 - 12:30 Simple and Successful Meads for the Beginner
taught by Ld Brother Bre'nainn, no fee or class limit
11:30 - 12:30 Embroidery Technique - Padded Satin Stitch
taught by HL Fridhur Harralds, no fee, class limit of 8
1:00 - 2:00 Spices in Period taught by HL Gwyneth Blackrose,
