Come one, come all!

Tonight we will be talking about Thanksgiving cooking. I know Thanksgiving is an American holiday. Further, it is a basically out of our period. But it is a celebration based on food and family and there were many of those in Medieval Europe (including the upcoming Xmas). 

We will be discussing successful recipes and techniques for cooking holiday foods including the butterflied turkey we did last year to much rejoicing and the recipe Pyro found and used for black turkey (interesting).

Please bring your own recipies and techniques. We will, as always, have food to eat, but I have not yet decided what will tease our tongues. Bring anything you would like to share.
