[Elfsea] OT: Congrats to HL Elin the Timid

Hi all -

Elin has been more than busy these last three years attending Baylor Law.  A 
few months after she graduated, and just days before we left for Pennsic, 
she took the Texas Bar Examination.

Results were finally published yesterday, and I am very proud to announce 
that she passed!
