But I see it as a filling for a pastie  with just a little moisture added 
so it wouldn't get too dry during baking.  That would travel real well and 
you could add a little dipping sauce of some kind!!!!!!

Of course it was real good as a sandwich filling when it was sent to the 
gate; I believe I  had 2 sandwiches with the pork roast.  Really, really 
good.  I have begged for the recipe also.

You know, I believe he could make a living as a chef, huh!
