[Elfsea] Everyone is a Hospitaler

Team the new person up with someone for the weekend. Make them your guest and 
take them with you everywhere you go. Get them involved. Keep them informed. 
Make sure they know were, when and how to get to the meetings or activities. 
If they don't want to drive find them a ride. Make sure they understand there 
are many other activities and if they want to go go. You will be there for them 
but sometimes they may have to just go on their own. But make sure they know 
you are there for them mentally and emotionally. Then even when you think they 
are all right go by and check on them and make sure they are all right.
