Yes.  It's called a worm, and you should delete it without opening it.

Then, you should likely send a message to northkeep at ansteorra.org and inform
whoever owns that address that they need to run a virus detector/pest
remover on their computer.

I just recieved a message from northkeep at ansteorra.org. There is no subject
line and the meesage reads "your photo is poor". There is an attachment that
says "card.htm.exe".

Anyone know what's going on??
