[Elfsea] Hall decoration for Defender

It is with great honor that I am decorating the hall for Elfsea Defender in 
September. I would love it if I could get some volunteers to help me make it 
extra special. If you are arriving on site on Friday (early) and are willing to 
help me decorate, please email me. If I don't get any willing volunteers I 
will have to capture any soul walking around with nothing to do and make them do 
my bidding...hee hee ha ha (evil laugh)
