[Elfsea] Fighte practice

Greetings Elfsea,
Do to the weather we had Saturday The park will be cold and wet. I am going
to cancel the official heavy practice (the light practice will be up to
Dirk). I would not normally cancel practice for the cold but the wet is
another matter.

Don't forget that next weekend the 20th-22nd is War College in Wiesenfeuer
and on February 28th there will be a Central region war practice at the home
of Master Petruccio.

I will be home getting ready for Gulf War and working on armor if any one
wants to come by.
