I should be getting in the area around 6:00 or 6:30 Friday evening.  I will call and see if any assistance will be needed when I get into Ennis.

My plan is to stay for tear down.

Greetings Everyone!

Coronation is this weekend.  Anyone willing to help with set up or 
taredown would be greatly appreciated.  

Set up:  We are planning on starting set up at 12:00 noon on 
Friday 1/9/03 and hope to be done by 7:00pm.  If you are available 
your assistance would be greatly appreciated.  If you wanted to 
come down & help after work you can call Ld. Daniel of Cameron at 
817-723-6154 before you head down.  (that way you do not rush all 
the way down to Ennis only to find out they're done)

Tare down:  We want to tare everything down & load right after 
final court.  That way everything can go straight to the shed 
Sunday morning.  We would greatly appreciate anyone willing to 
stay & help for a little while after the event.  

Sunday:  We will be unloading previously said truck at the Steppes 
storage shed.  If you wish to help please contact either Ld. 
Daniel of Cameron (dvarble at ev1.net)or I(brighid at ev1.net).

Also if you have any questions please feel free to contact either 
one of us.
