I guess I can because to me the term used is not a societal standard or I should say not a polite societal standard. Of course I am also a much more roughspoken woman that most--much to my contemporaries chagrin
 at times I am sure--which tends for me to consider context, manner and object of conversation before judging a word outright.  At least when I am sober.

Then again perhaps I am overthinking this whole thing and should just go do something useful.
